Today LASRA says goodbye to visiting Turkish scientist, Dr Eylem Kilic who has been with us for three months working on an environmental project with Tasman Tannery assessing the life cycle of shoe leather production. The aim of the study is to analyse data collected over a year and identify areas for further reductions in the environmental footprint. This study is the first of its kind in Australasia.
