The inaugural NZ Collagen Symposium that took place on the 24th and 25th March 2021 at the James Cook, Wellington was well attended by both industry and research groups. The Symposium was divided into three themes; Commercialisation and Regulatory Issues, Food and Nutrition; Industry and Innovation. Thanks to all speakers and participants for making the Symposium the success event it was. Such is the interest post event, we hope this is the first of many.
